I have over 3 years of experience in freelance (science) writing, including generating ideas, pitching to diverse outlets, researching, and writing freely or to style guides.
Editing
I frequently edit popular science articles prior to publication, providing comments on content, clarity, and syntax. I also serve as sa Reviewer for the Journal of Emerging Investigators.
Interviewing
I often find that a story is not complete without the words of those involved. I have extensive experience in identifying sources, reaching out, and conducting both virtual and in-person interviews for my stories.
Outreach
In addition to writing, I take part in organising outreach events. I help to organise Pint of Science Switzerland in Zürich, and coach undergraduate students in science communication as a member of Reatch.
